Office365 implementation

Structure of the serving sourcing procurement program and the establishment of a Director Model (demand/supply). Partly responsible for the interior design of the program and technical project management for the migration project O365 (5000 workstations) and CRM (MS Dynamics) in the Cloud as a precursor to other streams.
